Kate Bardis is a senior brand and visual designer with 15+ years of experience owning complex projects end to end. She specializes in creating and evolving brands through hands-on design, from brand identity and packaging to campaigns and digital experiences. Her work has been featured nationally, from The Wall Street Journal to large-scale LED billboards at Jet’s Stadium, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver polished, scalable, and impactful design.
 

For more than a decade, Kate has led all in-house creative for a national health and wellness company, owning the brand from the inside while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day design work. As the sole designer, she has been responsible for the full lifecycle of creative—from concept and system design through final production—ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across every touchpoint.
 

Her approach balances craft and strategy, with a strong focus on building design systems that perform in real-world conditions and hold up over time. She collaborates closely with marketing partners, leadership, and external vendors, bringing clarity and momentum to complex projects while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Outside of work, Kate is a drummer and lifelong drawer with an appreciation for well-designed systems, from motorcycles to video games. She is also a long-time vegan and animal advocate.
